Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Except in cases of force majeure or during periods when the online store is closed, which will be clearly announced on the homepage, the shipping times will be, subject to stock availability, those indicated below. Shipping times start from the date of order registration as indicated in the order confirmation email.

Article 11 – Product Availability, Refund, and Resolution Shipping Times:

Products ordered will be shipped within the times indicated on the site, subject to stock availability.

In cases of force majeure or temporary closure of the site, announced on the homepage, these times may be modified.

Deliveries in Metropolitan France and Corsica:

Delivery times are estimated between 3 and 15 working days, depending on the delivery service selected.

The maximum period is 30 working days after the conclusion of the contract.

DOM-TOM and International Deliveries:

Delivery details will be provided specifically for these destinations.

In case of delay, the buyer may request execution within an additional reasonable period.

Contract Resolution:

If the additional periods are not respected, the buyer has the right to resolve the contract.

This resolution must be notified by registered letter or in writing on a durable medium.

Refund in Case of Resolution:

If the contract is resolved, the seller will refund all sums paid within 14 days following the notification of resolution.

Product Unavailability:

In case of product unavailability after ordering, the buyer will be informed and may cancel the order.

The buyer has the choice between the refund of sums paid or the exchange of the product.

Article 12 – Delivery Terms Delivery Address:

Products are delivered to the address specified during the order.

In case of an address error, redirection is at the buyer's expense.


The buyer can choose to receive the invoice at a different address from the delivery address.

​Absence during Delivery:

In case of absence, a notice will be left to collect the package later.

Receiving and Inspecting the Package:

If the original packaging is damaged, the buyer must check the condition of the items and refuse the package if necessary.

Any anomaly must be noted on the delivery slip and confirmed by registered mail within two days.

Article 13 – Delivery Errors and Returns Claims:

Any claim related to a delivery error must be made in accordance with the defined procedures and within the given deadlines.

In case of error, an exchange number will be communicated for the return or refund of the product.

Return Conditions:

Returns must be made in the original condition of the product, especially for consumable products such as perfumes, candles, and room fragrances.

Returns of products opened and/or used beyond what is reasonable may be refused.

Return Period:

The buyer has a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unsatisfactory product.

This extended period aims to offer increased flexibility and assurance for our customers, reflecting our commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Return Costs:

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be made via Colissimo Recommandé, or an equivalent service.

Products must be returned to the specified address, and special care must be taken to ensure their return in good condition.
